What every paper carries

  • Who, what, how much, by when — in that order, top to bottom. The total sits in a block of the company colour.
  • Lines a client can check: quantity, unit price and amount, and the lines add up to the cent.
  • Quotes say what is and is not included, the payment plan in euros, how long the price holds, and where to sign.
  • Invoices carry what the law asks for in Portugal: NIF on both sides, ATCUD, the AT QR code and the certified-program line. Bank details and the reference to use sit next to the total.
  • Paid invoices get a green PAID stamp, so a reprint is never mistaken for a new bill.
